Dear Mike,  This is Jessica Hendren.  I am from E-town and my husband Chad is from Mt. Washington.  You helped us buy the house we are in now at 121 Kentucky Avenue, here in Bardstown.  We ent through Bank of America, but they were very slow and kept asking for more intormation before closing.  Therefore, it took about 107 days to close, and we were all worried it may not go through in 2010.  However, you were there every step of the way and you helped us get through it.  Yesterday I received a check in the mail from BOA, saying that they basically overcharged on our closing costs and they owed us a refund.  I just wanted to let you know that we did finally get something for all our troubles, and to let you know how much we appreciate all your help.  Next April we will be able to sell this house (to keep the homebuyers tax credit we had to stay 3 years) and we would love for you to be our realtor when the time comes.  Thanks Again,  Jessica Hendren
