Begining March 17, the Welcome Home Grant program is offering up to $5000 for down payment and or closing cost to qualified homebuyers. Funds are available on first come, first serve basis, so act now to see if you qualify. This program is offered in connection with member lending institutions and allow buyers to get into a new home with little out of pocket money. Contact us today for all the details.
