I HAVE TRY TO BUY A DOUBLE WIDE WITH ACRES AND HAVE BEEN TOLD BY LOAN COMPANYS THAT I CAN'T BUY A DOUBLE WIDE EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN TURN IN TO REAL ESTATE.IT IS STILL A DOUBLE WIDE.I THOUGH IT WAS A HOME WHEN YOU DID THAT JUST LIKE A BRICK HOME .MY HUSBAND AND I SEPARTE ABOUT 2 1/2 YEARS AGO AND I HAVE A 11 YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND A HOME THAT I CAN BUY WITH SOME ACRES TO PUT HER HORSES ON. DOUBLE WIDES ARE ALL I AM FINDING WITH LAND. IS IT TRUE THAT I CAN'T BUY A DOUBLE AND THEN THEY WANT 4,000 TO 5,000 DOWN I DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY ,I HAVE GREAT GREAT CREDIT. BARBARA
